Eataly

Since I'm more and more convinced that Italian food it's the best one (and Japanese, obviously) here it is a place where I'll eat when I'll go to New York. It also has a smart name: Eataly.

How are you doin'?

Here you are a nice tribute to my favourite TV series.
I strongly advice everyone of you who doesn't know him to watch "Friends" at least ones in your life. It's simply great! Thanks to my flatmate who shows me all the series again recently.

I love Convoy

Every time I just take a look to Convoy I find something special.
Thank you to whoever collects those amazing images.
(I forgot...also thank you to whoever designed this swell kitchen.)

Heydays, Oslo

I quote directly from the Flickr profile "Heydays is an Oslo-based multidisciplinary design studio specialized in printed media, creative direction and graphic design" and I add "able to create very interesting stuff!"

Stuff veronica makes

Some little updates has been done on my website: stuff veronica makes. Check them out!

Log Bowls

Aren't incredibly beautiful these vases? So simple, colorful and "natural"!
They are Log Bowls, by Loyal Loot, a Canadian design studio.
I "steal" them from one of the blogs I follow Design your life.

Watches

Have I ever told you that I'm also a watches lover?
I do like them, and I want this one.

Superman glasses

Is there a better way to represent Superman if not with his classic glasses? And what about the famous light blue dresses of the disquieting Shining's twins? Look at these really nice and definitely hilarious posters my flatmate Federica showed me yesterday. Too see more click here.

Rebecca Thuss

I just discovered Rebecca Thuss an awarded photo-stylist with an amazing taste for many things from paper to flowers, from food to fashion. She creates amazing composition, take a look at them.

Simple = Style

Look as a pair of stylish shoes gives to a simple blue cardigan and a red bag the right to be on The Sartorialist. I really love the semplicity and at the same time the peculiarity of this outfit.

Avocado ration

I give you all my apologies for the huge gap of posts, but I have been busy with a very annoying client: flu! Since it's a long time I haven't got my healthy ration of avocado, I show you some painted ones by John Azoni.

This is not design...again

I know it's neither graphic design and nor illustration, but I really would like you to enjoy with me this so cute creature.

Bitchin' Camero

I steal a link from Swiss Miss, as often happens. Thank you Tina Roth Eisenberg! (perhaps one day you'll read this, who knows!) Anyway, this is a wonderful cooking website called Bitchin' Camero: good food completed with detailed recipe. Those pictures are so tempting! Today I show you the ones which are more invitating for me now, but I guess I'll take inspiration from this website again really soon.

Hard, cold stones in the livingroom? No, don't worry.
They are just the stone-shape pouf and sofas by Livingstone.

This is one of the compositions of Clouds by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec for Kvadrat. I haven't understood yet what's its function (if there is one) but I like it.

Let's go theatre!

One of the best things to enjoy while you're in London is the theatre, but most of all musicals. I have been to some of them (you can choose from a literally endless list) and I have loved them! Actors are really talented and with amazing voices and sets are incredible. Check them out, it's really worth it. And don't be afraid if you are a student or you can't spend a lot, you can easily go to each play with 20/25£. Even if not so close to the stage, you'll enjoy every detail anyway, I assure!

Here some web sites where I use to buy my tickets:
Lastminute (even if you are booking in advance)
Uk tickets

I guess this post works for New York too!
