I love this women. Her talks are always very interesting and she's also so charismatic. Not a surprise she has been rated as one of the top one hundred most influential people in the art world by Art Review. I'm very proud she's Italian! And such a shame that English Wikipedia is more informed about her than the Italian one. (even if I know that Wikipedia is not the best source of information ever!)

The King's Speech

This weekend I went to the cinema. I was undecided on the movie to watch at, but at the end I think I made the best choice ever: The Kings's Speech. Hilarious but also touching, it is the story of a stammering king (an amazing Colin Firth, see also A Single Man) and his efforts to improve attending to Lionel's (Geoffrey Rush) unusual therapy. Definitely it is worth to go and watch it, trust me!

Some days ago I received a yellow envelope from my American friend Meghan. I couldn't believe of what I was seeing when I opened it: Harry Potter's Chocolate Frogs with Ollivander's card inside (and he moves as well!). Amazing! Thanks Meghan!

Bloom

I've been recently introduced to Bloom, a magazine about plants and flowers. At the first sight you might doubt that it is something design-related but have just a brief glance at the website and you'll see beautiful pictures worthy of a art gallery. It's a pity it seems so difficult to buy (and so expensive too, 75€), I just found this store Magazine Cafe, but it's located in New York and I don't see why I should buy a French magazine in US. Maybe it's the right occasion to go to Paris... (if you have a clue of a place to buy it in Italy please let me know!)
