There's a nice initiative by Represent called The Ideal Candidate. Through a series of 29 interviews (one for each of February days) it aims to give you a clearer idea of what employers of the design field look for when they interview a candidatefot their studio. Yesterday the interview was to Sagmeister Inc., today's the Winkreative turn.

C'è una bella iniziativa di Represent che si chiama The Ideal Candidate. 29 interviste (una per ogni giorno di febbraio) per darvi un'idea di cosa cercano i professionisti del design nel candidato ideale. Ieri l'intervista era a Sagmeister Inc., oggi è il turno di Winkreative.
